Coil” - “Oscillation” from minimum constituting units of speaker # 1.コイル 2.磁石を与えられたものとせよ # 本研究ではメディア考古学的観点に基づきスピーカーの基本構造を分解し、スピーカーの原理を再現するために必要な最小構成単位を磁石とコイルと捉え、それらを制作する技法を制作した。実践としてこれをオープンな形でシェアし、ワークショップ形式で情報科学芸術大学院大学［IAMAS］のプロジェクト所属学生と共に制作を行った。 “Given: 1.Magnet , 2. Coil” - “Oscillation” from minimum constituting units of speaker # In this study, based on a media archaeological perspective, the basic structure of a speaker was deconstructed, and a technique was created to create a magnet and a coil, which are considered to be the smallest constituent units necessary to reproduce the principles of a speaker.

- “Toru”: a Play that Reverses the Wisdom of Age Using Mosquito Sound # “Toru”モスキート音によって年の功を逆転するあそび # 「“Toru”モスキート音によって年の功を逆転するあそび」は、モスキート音（超高周波音）を利用したデバイスを用いた遊びである。 この遊びは歳をとるほどに周波数の高い音が聞こえにくくなるという、老人性難聴の効果を難易度設定に利用している。この難易度では若年者であるほど難易度が優しく、熟年者には回答が難しくなっており、これにより例えば親と子供や、上司と部下のような関係に存在する年齢由来の経験値差「年の功」を逆転させる機会を提供している。 この遊びでは左右のスピーカーとボタンが一体化したコントローラーから聞こえてくる音の左右を判別し、ボタンを押すことで進行する。スピーカーからなる音は4000Hz~20000Hzを使用しており、4回正答するごとに難易度が一段階上がり2000Hz高い音が試行に混ざるようになっている。難易度が上がっていくと体験者の年齢による聴力差によって、いずれかの段階で音を聞くことができなくなってしまう。そしてそれは、年齢の高い人にほど早く訪れるのである。 http://game-toru.tumblr.com/ “Toru”: a Play that Reverses the Wisdom of Age Using Mosquito Sound # “Toru”: a Play that Reverses Wisdom of Age Using Mosquito Sound developed as a person ages using ultra-high-frequency (mosquito) sound.
